Chief Operating Officer (COO)
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be tasked with overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the company. You will be required to design and implement business operations, establish policies that promote company culture and vision, and oversee operations of the company. The COO will be responsible for the Administration, Human resources, IT, and Facilities Management functions of the Company.

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring all financial activities of the company, including tracking cash flow, financial planning, analyzing the company’s financial strengths and weaknesses, and proposing strategic directions. You will perform operational functions and serve in a strategic advisory role for the CEO.
Minimum 10 years experience in accounting and financial management practices
MBA in Finance with Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA\ACCA) preferable
Civil Supervisor (KHI)
Plan and coordinate all installation (telecommunications, water, electricity, etc.) and building renovations.
Provide assurance of successful execution of projects and compliance with project specifications.
Regularly coordinate project timelines and deliverables with all stakeholders and senior management.
Set benchmarks to monitor progress to identify whether the project is on target to finish on time and within budget.
Undertake site checks to monitor progress.
Collaborate with architects. engineers. contractors, government officials, and other construction and building specialists.
Coordinate with the project’s Independent Engineer and Auditor to provide data as and when required. 8. Respond to work delays and other problems and emergencies.
8-10 years of experience in a similar position.
Diploma in Civil Technology
Admin Manager (KHI)
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling and overseeing the day-to-day operations on the campus which entails but is not limited to general building security, safety, maintenance, and welfare of occupants. You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining an access control system, respond to emergency situations, as appropriate, during both working and off-hours.
You will ensure compliance with facility regulatory requirements for preventive maintenance, particulate, and cleanliness, pest control, storage, fire safety, and security.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Role & Requirements:
Durbeen is looking for dynamic individuals to join the faculty of the 4-year B.Ed. (Elementary) teaching degree program at the Government Elementary College of Education, Hussainabad campus in Karachi. The teaching load for a Full-Time Lecturer will be three courses per year as well as teaching practice supervision in either the Fall or Spring semester. The faculty member will report to the College’s Vice Rector (Academics).

The College Registrar provides leadership and manages the operations of the Office of the Registrar, ensuring that services to the academic units, faculty, students and other stakeholders related to enrolment and academic records are delivered accurately, professionally and in a timely manner. Collaborating and sharing information with an extensive group of internal and external participants. The incumbent will ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of all academic records of current and former students; facilitate effective student registration and enrollment; build secure student data files and set policy and procedures for their responsible use; maintain up-to-date course schedules, catalogs and final examination schedules; and manage efficient use of classrooms.
This position interprets and enforces policies and regulations of Karachi University and accreditation agencies, and Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan. The Office of the Registrar also acts as the custodian of syllabi and assures that the College is in compliance with all HEC requirements. The office is also responsible for setting the College Academic Calendar and all communication with students pertaining to academic systems, student life and management.
Qualifications and Experience:
The Registrar is expected to hold graduate degree(s) in, or closely related to, student affairs, higher education management, or policy development in a related field.
Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible, professional level experience in higher education, enrollment management, or student services.

9. To monitoring computer hardware performance and diagnosis of faults.
10. To adjusting, repairing and replacing worn or defective components.
11. To performs maintenance services for the system and printers of the organization.

Facilities Management (KHI)
You will be expected to develop and manage Facility Management Department at the Government Elementary College of Education, Hussainabad campus. Job will consist of supervising and coordinating all infrastructure renovation and installation. Later, you will also be responsible to oversee all building-related activities, preserving the good condition of all facilities, ensuring compliance with all safety and efficiency standards.
Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar position, with at least 3 years in a Managerial role.
